About Jennifer Dusenberry

I bring the analytical and creative together to help organizations position themselves and their offerings more effectively. That work includes: insight generation, workshop facilitation, personas, user journeys, brand and product positioning, messaging, and inspiring multi-channel marketing and communications planning.

My former roles include directing the research and planning practice of an independent marketing and communications firm and consulting for a global analytics and advisory firm. With experience spanning sectors, my approach stands out in four key ways.
